Classes will begin Wednesday, September 6th!!!

Dress Code – Dancers are to wear appropriate dance clothes to class.
Leotards, dancewear and tights can be of any color & style. Street clothes are not permitted.  Petite Dance & Showstopper dancers will wear pink ballet shoes & tan tap shoes. Intermediate & Teen dancers may need jazz shoes & black lace up tap shoes.

Registration Fee – An annual $40.00 non refundable registration fee is required.  A registration is not considered complete until the registration fee and first month tuition are paid.   Class size is limited to offer every student personal attention. Our classes do fill up quickly and we suggest registering early.  For additional children in the family, the registration fee is $20.00.

Tuition is due by the 1st of each month - Tuition will be processed on the first of each month with the Credit/Debit card information we have on file for you.  If your account is 30 days past due your child will be unable to participate in class.  She or He will be asked to sit down and observe.  Recital tickets will not be handed out until all outstanding fees are paid.

Tuition is based on a 4 week month.  Tuition will be the same whether it is a 3, 4 or 5 week month.  There are not pro-rated fees for missed classes.  There are no refunds on tuition.

Auto Pay-  A Credit/Debit card must be kept on file. The studio will process all payments on the payment due date.  If your credit card is declined you have 5 days to update it in the system.  If your payment doesn't go through after 5 days a $25.00 late fee will be added to your account.

TERMINATING DANCE CLASSES - If you would like to remove a class, or completely terminate dance classes, you MUST go to our webpage and fill out the "Terminating Dance Class" form under "Manage My Account".  This is to remove yourself from any financial obligation.  Phone calls will not be accepted.  We must receive your intentions to stop class/classes by the 25th of the prior month.  If the studio isn't notified and the payment is processed you are still committed to the next month.  Refunds will not be given.  The tuition is based on enrollment (guaranteed spot in class) and not class attendance and participation.

CommunicationThe main form of communication at Studio C is done thru e-mail. We send out a lot of important information this way.  Please remember to check your email often.  If your email address changes throughout the year; please sign into your family account to change it or be sure to notify the studio.

Insurance – It is required that dancers be covered by their own family insurance. Studio C does not carry medical insurance for dancers.

Inclement Weather – Please call the studio for a recorded message on class status or visit or website – studiocstl.com. Tuition is not prorated for canceled classes.  Dancers may come in for a make up class.  Tuition will be the same whether it is a 3, 4 or 5 week month.

Holidays  – Studio closings due to holiday’s will be posted in the studio and will be included in the Fall Newsletter. This newsletter will also include the week of the studio spring break & our end of the year recital dates!!!  Tuition is not prorated for holiday breaks.  Dancers may come in for a make up class.  Tuition will be the same whether it is a 3, 4 or 5 week month.

Annual Recital - Studio C holds our annual recital in Early June. Participation is recital is not mandatory; but is a wonderful experience for dancers that create a lifetime of memories!!

Attendance – Attendance is taken at every class. Good attendance is imperative, as absences can hold back an entire class, and the studio cannot jeopardize its responsibilities to the rest of the class for one student. Please make every effort to have your child at every class. Make-up classes are available if your child cannot attend his or her regular class time. Any dancer with more than 4 absences between March & June will not be allowed to participate in recital for the benefit of all dancers. This rule will be strictly enforced.

We Do Ask that dancers try to arrive at least 5 minutes before their class time to prepare for class. When dancers arrive late to class it is extremely distracting to both the teachers and dancers.

No food, candy, or open drink containers will be allowed in class.
