Competition Line Application

If you are interested in auditioning for our Competition Line, we need for you to print off and read the Competition Line Handbook and Code of Conduct forms first. On the competition line application, you will have to sign and verify that you have read these forms.

As a member of the competition line all dancers will compete in a jazz competition class. On the application you will select other styles of dance you are interested in.

I accept this “code of ethics” AND ALL THE TERMS OF THE HANDBOOK and agree to conduct myself according to the principles & regulations of Studio C School of Dance.
